I read your dispenser warranty, but do your products come with a
satisfaction guarantee? |

I checked your Blue Streak Dealers page for the dealer I do business
with but he is not listed. I don't want to change dealers. What should I
do? |

We know many of you are very loyal to your local RV dealer and you
trust them for your RV add-on products and installations. If your local
RV dealer is not currently carrying our products, just send us an email
or call us and we will contact YOUR local dealer to offer him our Blue
Streak Dispenser Kit and Blue Streak Chemical. |

We recently purchased your product. We are very pleased with the way it
eliminates the odor. We are wondering it it will break up the waste like
other odor chemicals do? |
| A.
Blue Streak Chemical does break down the solids. The detergent in
the chemical breaks down the grease and the grease is the cement that
holds the solids together. |

I'm not the most handy person with tools. Do you think I can install the
automated system myself? |
| A:
If you carefully read and follow the instructions that come with the
unit you should have no problem. If assistance is needed, our company
phone number is listed on your invoice and on our site. |

Can I buy your system and chemical in Canada? |

We are currently working on Canadian distribution. |

I haven't found your chemical in my area. Are there any other
non-formaldehyde chemicals that work with the system and don't fowl it
up? |

Our Blue Streak Chemical® is made to do the best job with the system.
We have tested many chemicals and Travel Jon® is the only product we
would suggest as an alternative product. Also, let your local RV Center
know you would like them to carry our products. |

| Q:
How do I winterize the Blue
Streak Dispenser? |
| A:
Run the chemical level low [1to 2 inches] in the reservoir and
winterize your unit as you would normally. To remove chemical from the
reservoir; unscrew the tank from the wall leaving tubing attached to
tank and pour chemical into another container. |
